I was here for 1 day and would stay here again. It was a pleasant hotel in a calm area, not far from the highway, Canada and Oshawa. I appreciated the room on the upper level. Shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets were a plus.

Spacious and nicely decorated rooms featuring a cozy king size bed and 2 bedrooms, all topped off with a complimentary breakfast. Can't find a single fault. The breakfast spread includes delicious pastries and waffles 🥐🧇 - so yummy!

The room was perfectly clean and huge with very comfy beds and complimentary Wi-Fi. The location was particularly good and magnificent, in the one outlet, it's a plus. Friendly service was provided here.

I called the night before we arrived to confirm that my reservation was there. The frontdesk clerk that answered my call was absolutely fabulous. I asked if we could check in before 3pm because we were scheduled to arrive around 1pm. She assured me that my room number has already been assigned and if there was a hiccup they would make arrangements for us. She was great and made me feel that I didnt have to worry one bit.
What I didnt like about the hotel: There were a few ants in my room, the wallpaper in my room was peeling off the wall, the sheets on my bed were badly stained along with the towels that we had for the bathroom and the continental breakfast was poorly identified. It was more like a 'Where's Waldo'. We were there for a wedding reception and the napkins and glasses were stained. This is really not a great experience.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the train station. The room on the upper level was equipped with a microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge. It was conveniently close to downtown, the outlet mall, and Toronto, all at a reasonable rate.

Good location directly on the highway, nice staff at check-in
at breakfast COMPLETELY all individually packed and only paper plates and plastic cutlery

It was just an average hotel. The location was central, but urban strip mall in style. The best things were the beds (comfortable), the TV (large) and the wireless service.
The place was understaffed. You had to turn on a power switch for the coffee machine and the heating, and we were not told this. The hairdryer worked for two seconds then gave off a burning electrical smell. On Sat. morning, the continental breakfast included in the price of the room was half what was offered on Sun. morning - no pastries beyond a muffin. The location of the bathroom sink outside the bathroom, right in the entrance as you came in the room was practical, but very odd and unsightly. To top it all off, a drunk screamed obscenities in our hallway for hours at night. He and his buddies kept us awake almost the entire night.
